Our Refund / Replacement Policy
At Paaduks, customer satisfaction is of high importance to us. So if you purchase any of our products online on our website (www.paaduks.com) and are not satisfied with the product, we request you to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will offer you a FULL REFUND on the product - no questions asked. Wherever possible, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from your place or request you to ship us your order. WE PAY for the return shipment. Refund will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the product back at our office, and the rufund will be issued online as a reversal of the payment made.
For order replacements (change in sizes only), we will arrange for a pickup of the product wherever possible or request you to ship us your order. WE PAY for the return shipment. We'll exchange your pair once we have received the original one in an undamaged condition. We will bare the cost of resending the new product.
