Our Refund / Replacement Policy
At Paaduks, customer satisfaction is of high importance to us. So if you purchase any of our products online on our website (www.paaduks.com) and are not satisfied with the product, we request you to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will offer you a FULL REFUND on the product - no questions asked. Wherever possible, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from your place or request you to ship us your order. WE PAY for the return shipment. Refund will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the product back at our office, and the rufund will be issued online as a reversal of the payment made.
For order replacements (change in sizes only), we request you to get in touch with you within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for a pickup of the product wherever possible or request you to ship us your order. We'll exchange your pair and pay for the return shipment ONLY if we receive the original one in an undamaged and unused condition. We will bare the cost of resending the new product.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
If after placing an order online, you wish to change or cancel an order we request you to contact us as soon as possible. In case of cancellation, we will issue you a full refund. If you decide to cancel an order after the order had been dispatched, the refund will be issued only after the product has been shipped back to our office.
